Sri Potuluri Veera Brahmendra Swami (Brahmamgari Matham), Kadapa - Temple History




Brahmamgari Matham is a famous place in Kadapa district where Sri Potuluri Veera Brahmendra Swami who was famous for his preachings and for his remarks on future of the world, stayed. Sri Potuluri Veera Brahmendra Swami is one of the greatest saints of India and the only futurologist Prophet that the East has produced. Sri Potuluri Veera Brahmendra Swami wrote Kalagnanam , a book of prophesies and most of them have happened. Sri Potuluri Veera Brahmendra Swami entered Jeeva Samadhi in the year 1693 and a Matham was built in here.
Pilgrims visit the Matham from far off places like West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Tamilnadu and Karnataka.
