1. Describe the process to draw Rs. 500 from ATM?
ATM, Stands for automated teller machine. It is very easy and convinced to withdraw money using ATM. First insert the ATM card with the side that has the arrow going in the first and select your preferred language. Then enter the 4 digit pin number allotted to the card. Select the “withdrawal”
option by pressing the button. After that select the type of account “saving “, then enter the amount of Rs. 500 using the key board of the machine. If you want a printed receipt for the transaction press yes’ If not “No”. Once you complete the instructions the machine dispenses the amount and releases The ATM card. Take the money before 30 seconds. Once you complete the transaction, press cancel. The process is done.

2. Write down the procedure to apply for an Aadhaar Card?
Aadhaar card is a unique identification, a 12 digit number for all the residents of India, on behalf of Govt. of India. This card serves us as a proof of identity and address for every Indian. First go to an authorized Aadhaar enrolment Centre with all the necessary documents like photo ID , ration
card, passport and Address proof like water bill, electricity bill, telephone bill etc. After that fill the Aadhaar card application with all the details. At the center they enrol all our details along with our photo, finger prints and Iris scan. They even allow us to make corrections during the enrolment.
After that we will get an acknowledgment slip which serves as an ID proof for some time. After Successful verification we will be sent an SMS or E-mail notification. Then we will get Aadhaar card to our address within 60 or 90 days.

3. Describe how to book a railway ticket?
To book railway ticket in advance, first go to the designated counter at the railway station. Obtain an advance ticket reservation from there. Then fill the form with all the necessary details like date of
the journey and name, boarding and alighting stations etc. Check once all the information given is correct and complete. Then wait in the queue. When yours turn comes, hand over the form along with the fare. Then, the counter in charge will give you the tickets will all relevant information printed on the tickets. The process of booking tickets is over

4. Describe how one should prepare for the examination?
Preparing for exams is often an anxiety provoking process. For any don’t want to think about it right now, but finals are just around the corner. With much syllabus to cover it is essential to think about how, when and what to revise. Slow and steady wins the race, the best approach is to prepare through out the year covering a small amount of material for each class each day on every module. Write a brief summary for each topic. Ask your teachers to go over a glutton you have a trouble. Do
attend all revision classes conducted by college. Be realistic, one should start early with one day a week and build up as exam time approaches revising important questions and previous question papers. Some students work better under pressure, but don’t leave it till the last minute. Allocate more time to topics you are less confident in, however tempting it is to just Work on the ones you like. Thus with perfect planning, timing and hard work one can say, “I can”.

5. Give instructions to your brother on how to make a cup of Tea or Coffee.
Making tea is probably the most frequently performed activity in any house hold. First, a kettle with the required quantities of water is put on a stove. In a few minutes, the water starts boiling. Then, tea leaves of suitable quantities are added to the boiling water. In a short while, the tea decoction gets ready. After filtering it, hot milk and the desired amount of sugar are added to the decoction. The contents are stirred till the sugar gets dissolved in it. Hot Tea is ready!

6. Describe how one can make a glass of orange juice?
First get four or five fresh juicy oranges and wash then properly. Cut each of them into equal halves. Put a piece on a squeezer and press the piece gently against the squeezer. The juice in the fruit slowly collects in the container of the squeezer. Repeat the same with all remaining oranges till the entire juice is collected in the squeezer. Take the juice into a jug, add ice cubes and sugar. Stir till the ice cubes and sugar is dissolved. Filter the mixture and pour it into a glass. Cool and tasty orange
juice is ready to serve.

7. Describe how you and your friend made arrangements for the college bay function?
Our college day was celebrated on 12th February 2016. Our principal formed various committees and distributed the work. There was ten students and a lecturer in each committee. We distributed all the invitations two days before the college day   function. We decorated the stage very beautifully and we did everything regarding the stage and arrangements, one day before the function. On the college day our principal hoisted the national flag in the morning. The main function was organized in the evening. At first our principal made a brief report of our college activates. Then the chief guest Sri K. PRASAD RAO
I.A.S, our dist. collector gave an inspiring message to the students. It was very inspiring and memorable. Then after he distributed prizes to the winners in various competitions. The cultural programmes were very enjoyable. It was a great day we enjoyed ourselves a lot and It was a  emorable day for all of us.

8. Process of getting a Driving license?
The first thing I joined my brother in a driving school. They arranged him both theory and  ractical classes. These classes provided him a good understanding of road signs and general rules of driving. After that we submitted an online application to the transport department people along with the prescribed amount of registration and ID proof of age, medical certificate, photo etc. The officers conducted him a test on symbols of traffic and issued a temporary license. He took a test driving. Luckily he satisfied the officials and at last he got a permanent driving license after one month by post. Then the process of getting a driving license is finished.

9. Advise your friend about some practical measures that should be taken a couple of days before the onset of public examination.
However fine preparation it may be, it is very essential and important for you to take some practical measures before the onset of the public examinations. First collect the hall ticket from the college before a couple of days. Then check all the details are perfect and free from errors regarding you name, group and second language etc. Then after verifying the college code, name of the college, address, timings and schedule very carefully. It is very important for you to visit the exam centre and try to find the distance and estimate the time to be taken to reach it. We have to make a prior plan about the means of transport. It is important to keep one more copy of hall ticket and equip with stationery, bus pass and money. This perfect preparation for exam helps you in reaching the exam
center in time and makes you tension free on the day of the exam. All the best.

10. Describe how should one prepare for a job interview?
 Even the smartest and most qualified job seekers need to prepare for job interview. The first impression is a great beginning to your interview. Standing straight making eye contact with the interviewers and connecting with a firm hand shake and formal clothes are important physical gestures indicates our confidence. Prior to that one should prepare himself by reading job requirements of the company and ready to answer the questions. Good communication is needed which include both listening skills too. Ones tone should reflect enthusiasm and energy without over stepping the limits. Be cool, calm and confident. You know you can do the job: make sure the interviewer believes you can, too.

NOTE MAKING MOBILE PHONES

1) Almost everyone has a mobile phone these days. Mobile phones have completed changed the way people interact. Today the mobile phone has become part and parcel of people’s lives. One can receive and send emails, browse websites, download games and videos, book flight tickets, money transfer to banks and even chat with friends far away.

2) But mobile phones have their disadvantages. People are always on their phone receiving calls, checking out their friends on Face book, chatting on WhatsApp. checking emails and listening to music.

3) Having all your information on your device is convenient but it’s also dangerous because there’s a possibility of someone else accessing your phone.

4) The mobile phone can also disrupt a meeting or class if proper etiquette is not followed.

MOBILE PHONES: ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES

Advantages
1. multiple uses:- chatting, banking
2. easy communication  :-

Disadvantages
1. constant interruptions: chatting, banking, intrusive games. Browsing
2. distraction: accidents
3. affects real life situations

TIPS FOR SUCCESS IN EXAMINATIONS

1) You can do well in your exams if you are disciplined and methodical in the way you approach your studies

2) follow your class lessons properly to cover your syllabus. In a systematic manner.

3) After coming home, revise whatever is taught in the class, as the topics will be still fresh
in mind.

4) Jot down important notes and formulae that you come across during your studies.
