Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University 5th Convocation Notification

The 5th Convocation of Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University , Tirupati will be held at 10.00am on 30-05-2016 at Mahathi Auditorium , T.T.D Devastanams , Tirupati .  The Candidates in the Faculties of Veterinary , Fishery and Dairy Science who got Qualified for the Award of Degrees during the Period from 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2015 are Eligible for Admission into this Convocation .  The candidates who have applied for Convocation IN-PERSON are advised to attend the Convocation . The Candidates in the Faculties of Veterinary, Fishery and Dairy Science who got Qualified for the Award of Degrees during the Period from 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2015 are Eligible for Admission into this Convocation.    Dr. N.Balaraman,  Former Vice Chancellor, Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Chennai will be the Chief Guest.

HOW TO ATTEND CONVOCATION
Candidates must be present in the Convocation Hall at 9.30am in the prescribed dress and academic robes. Candidates who do not wear academic robes and also after 10 am will not be admitted into the Convocation Hall.

Every Candidate shall wear a close collared  White or Black Coat buttoned up the neck with trousers or dhoti without any head wear or in the alternative a lounge suit  
Women candidates will wear their normal dress  

No candidate will be admitted into the Convocation Hall without a valid admit card for admission.

The scarves will be supplied on hire basis with the following charges on 2 charges on 29-05-2016 (Sunday)  from 10.00 A.M to 2.00 P.M. only the specific the specific counter(s) opened for the purpose at Model Class room College of Veterinary Science, Tirupati.

Deposit for each scarf (Refundable) : Rs. 500/-

Hire charge for each scarf   :  Rs.30/-
