The Centre for Good Governance (CGG) is a registered society, established in October, 2001  by the then Government of Andhra Pradesh in collaboration with the Department for International Development (DFID) and the World Bank to help it achieve the State's goal of Transforming Governance.

CGG undertakes action research, provides professional advice, and conducts change management programmes for government departments and agencies to enable successful implementation of their reform agenda. CGG works closely with policy-makers like Ministers, senior officials, management experts, institutions and other stakeholders, especially citizens towards building people centric governance practices.

Post Name : CGG is looking for energetic and dedicated Post Graduates in Business Administration  with specialization in Human Resources Management (MBA-HR) for the posts of Manager (HR) and Assistant Manager (HR). The qualified and interested candidates may submit their applications online or through speed post .  Both the posts are purely temporary and on contract basis.

Eligibility criteria for the post of Manager (HR)

  • He/She should be an MBA graduate with specialization in HRM
  • Should have a minimum 8 years of experience in HRM and atleast 3 years in managerial position
  • Should have worked in service sector organizations, preferably in consulting organizations.
  • Good knowledge and implementation experience in all aspects of HRM
  • Should have good written and oral communication skills

Eligibility Criteria for the post of Assistant Manager (HR)

  • He/ She should be an MBA graduate specialized in HRM
  • Should have a minimum 3 years of experience in HRM
  • Should have worked in service sector organizations, preferably in consulting organizations.
  • Good HRM implementation experience
  • Should have good written and oral communication skills.

Selection process :
The selection methodology will comprise of the following:
On scrutiny of applications, suitable candidates will be shortlisted.
Shortlisted Candidates will be intimated the date of interview/ written test  well in advance,  through e mail/ over phone.
The candidates qualified in the written test are to appear before a committee for personal  interview.
Based on  the scores secured and negotiated salaries, the Committee will shortlist  the candidates for final selection.
